Do you take commission on deals?+
Never. Quarters is a flat membership fee — we don't touch your transactions or take a cut of anything you trade on the network.
Is messaging unrestricted?+
Messaging on Quarters is scoped per request. When you send an option on someone's request and they accept, a dedicated chat opens for that request — keeping conversations focused and traceable.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?+

Can I use Quarters as a closed network with only my approved suppliers?+
Yes. Curate an approved supplier panel, and on each request choose Connections or Targeted visibility. The brief only goes to that panel — no other operator sees it. You get a full audit trail of quotes, messages and decisions, which is how relocation, contractor, insurance, TV/film, business travel and concierge agents typically run procurement.
I'm a booking agent — can I send branded proposals to my clients?+
Yes. Shortlist any listings into a Proposal, add your client name and notes, and share a private link or download a clean branded PDF. Your client only sees what you put in — never the wider network or your supplier costs.
